4、散貨和正版人形一樣從原生產廠家流出的版本，從前文PVC人形生產過程可以知道，由於日本把工廠設在我國，部分工人為了私利會擅自將已生產完成的PVC人形從廠內偷出轉手賣給散貨商（這種來源的散貨也叫老鼠貨，價格低到嚇人，但商家不會用那樣的價格給一般人的，隨著日方加強了廠房監管力度，這種貨已經近乎絕跡了） 。有時偶爾會見到一次性出貨量很大的成品散貨，這部分散貨往往是生產廠家在完成了日方的生產定額後私自以原模具超量生產的。做工、包裝和正版幾乎一模一樣，也就是大家口中的“完美散”，不過有經驗的玩家還是能從上色、光澤度和因模具超期使用損耗造成的細節模糊等細節發現貓膩。

流出的除了成品，也有半成品，這些多是原本應作為廢料重新回爐的殘次品，以噸為單位賣給專門經營散貨的中間商（所謂“垃圾散”）。中間商拿到的貨都是分解狀態的，根據下游買家（散貨商）的要求粗略分類後發貨，散貨商會將這些缺胳膊少腿的貨加工處理後出售。品相好的散貨會非常接近正版，但價格可能比扭蛋還便宜。儘管價格上的優勢很明顯，但質量依舊[嗶～]，主要的問題就是塗色崩壞、零件缺損、沒有原配底座等，還有因為是從生產線上直接剔除丟入廢品箱的，這些殘次品多多少少都有些臟。
需要注意的是，無論何種類型的散貨，由於都是經非法途徑從生產廠內流出的，所以散貨本是沒有任何包裝的，市面上能見到的有小部分會有山寨的包裝盒（即所謂“盒散”）。盒散對新入坑的童鞋來說是最難分辨的，一些比較RP的實體店會將品相較好的盒散擺在外面冒充行貨，當新人詢問時他們就會說這是正版，僅僅是拆盒擺做樣品而已，藉機以高於散貨的價格出售。對於這種情況，想要鑑別除了看包裝盒用的紙板是否堅挺、印刷是否模糊、有無內包裝透明塑料膜，還可以通過和商家的交流問出點蛛絲馬跡。但由於山寨能力越來越強大，盒散的質量也在逐年提高，各位童鞋在購買時得更加小心了。
